3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, images, and approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are due according to the terms specified in your proposal or invoice. Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom designs and code created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. We reserve the right to use generic frameworks, libraries, and reusable components across multiple projects. You retain ownership of any content you provide to us.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Micro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
